Claremont Orthodontics is seeking two enthusiastic team members to join our growing specialist orthodontic practice on Stirling Highway.

This is a varied role combining front-office reception duties with chairside clinical assisting. Every day is different, and you will become an important part of helping our patients achieve confident, healthy smiles.

No previous dental experience required. Full training provided. We believe attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn are more important than previous experience. Possibility to transition to full-time or part-time permanent employment.

Reception

• Welcoming patients and families
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Processing payments and managing accounts
• Maintaining accurate patient records

Clinical assisting

• Assisting Dr Denize during appointments
• Preparing treatment rooms and equipment
• Sterilising instruments and infection control
• Taking orthodontic records and photographs
• Helping patients feel comfortable during treatment

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work well in a small team
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new skills and technology
