Wearing your aligners
Each set of aligners is worn for approximately one to two weeks, then replaced with the next in the series. You wear them for 20–22 hours a day, removing them only to eat, drink, and clean your teeth.
Progress checks and refinements
Regular check-up appointments at our Claremont practice allow Dr Denize to monitor your progress. If teeth need further fine-tuning toward the end of treatment, additional refinement aligners can be prescribed.
