$25 Yo-Chi voucher with every treatment start.
Patients who begin orthodontic treatment with us from 1 September 2026 receive a $25 Yo-Chi voucher at their treatment start appointment. The full terms of the offer are set out below.
Who is eligible
The offer is available to patients of Claremont Orthodontics who commence active orthodontic treatment at the practice on or after 1 September 2026. Commencing treatment means having appliances fitted or your first set of aligners issued. Attending a consultation, records appointment, or review appointment alone does not qualify.
What you receive
One $25 gift voucher redeemable at Yo-Chi, 9 Bay View Terrace, Claremont WA 6010. The voucher is issued in person at your treatment start appointment. Vouchers are not posted or emailed.
One per patient
A maximum of one voucher is issued per patient, per course of treatment. Where a parent or guardian arranges treatment for more than one child, one voucher is issued for each child who commences treatment.
While stocks last
The offer runs until Claremont Orthodontics’ voucher stock is exhausted, or until the practice withdraws the offer, whichever comes first. Any change or withdrawal will be published on this page and will not affect patients who have already commenced treatment.
No cash value
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be transferred or sold. They cannot be applied against your treatment fees, any outstanding account balance, or any other product or service offered by Claremont Orthodontics. Lost or damaged vouchers are not replaced.
Redemption at Yo-Chi
Vouchers are redeemed at Yo-Chi Claremont and are subject to Yo-Chi’s own terms, trading hours, and any expiry date printed on the voucher. Claremont Orthodontics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for Yo-Chi, and is not responsible for the goods, service, or availability provided by that business.
Treatment decisions come first
This offer does not form part of any treatment recommendation. Orthodontic treatment is only ever recommended where it is clinically appropriate for the individual patient, following an assessment by Dr Stewart Denize. Your treatment plan, the appliances used, and the length of treatment are determined on clinical grounds alone.
Fees are unchanged
The offer does not alter your treatment fee, payment plan, or any health fund or Medicare benefit you may be entitled to. All fees are quoted in writing before treatment begins.
